By means of these terms and conditions (hereinafter: General Terms and Conditions for Online Purchase and Payment), Zagreb Holding Ltd. – Branch Zagrebparking (hereinafter: Zagrebparking) regulates the procedure of purchasing privileged parking permits (hereinafter: PPP), “commercial” parking permits (hereinafter: CPP), disability parking permit labels (hereinafter: (DPPL), as well as the payment of issued daily parking permits (hereinafter: DPP), offered on the website www.zagrebparking.hr appearing under the icon for purchase/payment of parking permits.
At each online purchase, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions for Online Purchase and Payment.
Customer is any person who purchases at least one PPP, CPP or DPPL or pays for at least one DPP through his own user account.
Website visitor is any person who visits the website www.zagrebparking.hr using electronic communication means and browses the products and services without registering.
Registered user is a user who has successfully completed the registration procedure.
Pursuant to the Decision on Parking Organization and Payment Method (hereinafter: Decision) (Official Gazette of the City of Zagreb 12/11 and 18/13), a vehicle is a personal car or other motor vehicle used for transport of persons, which, in addition to the driver’s seat, has no more than 8 passenger seats, with maximum gross weight up to 3,500 kg and dimensions that comply with the prescribed dimensions of parking spaces for personal car.
Road freight vehicles longer than 5 m, buses, trailers and work machines may be parked only at special parking lots and traffic terminals designated for that purpose and marked by appropriate traffic signs (Article 17 of the Decision on Traffic Organization, Official Gazette of the City of Zagreb, 21/2014)
The customer will be offered to purchase one PPP to which he is entitled to pursuant to the Decision and the Ordinance on the Use of Public Parking Lots and Public Garages (hereinafter: Ordinance) (Official Gazette of the City of Zagreb 6/14, 18/14, 23/14, 20/15, 23/15, 8/16 and 12/16). There is a possibility to electronically verify the compliance of the entered information based on the official records of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Croatia.
The customer will also be offered to purchase CPP, notwithstanding paragraph 7 of this Article.
The customer will also be offered to purchase DPPL, notwithstanding paragraph 7 of this Article, and in accordance with item 5 of the General Terms and Conditions.
The customer will also be offered to pay for a DPP issued pursuant to the Decision and the Ordinance.
The system does not allow purchasing a daily parking permit in advance or paying for a DPPL whose status is invoiced, i.e. for which an invoice has already been issued.
By selecting the icon for purchase/payment of parking permit, the visitor of the website www.zagrebparking.hr will be offered the option to register as (future) user. In order for a visitor to register, the requested personal information should be entered in the fields provided. After that, verification should be done by clicking on the icon “registration”.
After completing the registration, the visitor will receive a confirmation e-mail for activation of the user account. By clicking on the activation link in the e-mail, the user creates his own user account.
In order for a registered user to complete the authorization procedure, it is necessary to enter the permanent or temporary residence address in the fields provided in the user account profile. The registered user then enters the relevant registration plate number of the vehicle, after which the system verifies the compliance of the entered information with the official records of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Croatia. Once compliance has been verified, the registered user will receive an authorization to purchase a PPP for the relevant vehicle registration plate number.
Zagrebparking reserves the right to repeat the authorization procedure if necessary.
In order to purchase a commercial parking permit, a registered user should enter the vehicle’s registration plate number in the field provided, select the type and number of CPPs, and confirm it by clicking on the icon “purchase”.
In order for a registered user to complete the authorization procedure, he should enter the following information in the fields provided in the user account: information on the disabled person, number of the decision based on which the accessibility sign was issued, vehicle’s registration plate number, and identity card issuer and number.
Upon entering the information on the applicant, the following documents should be submitted via ePK portal, based on which the authorization will be approved:
Once compliance has been verified, the registered user will receive an authorization to purchase a DPPL for the relevant vehicle registration plate number.
Zagrebparking may postpone granting of authorization for up to 15 days from receiving the request in order to verify the documents submitted with the request.
In order to pay for a daily parking permit, a registered user should enter the number of the issued DPP in the field provided. After that, purchase should be completed by clicking on the icon “purchase”.
For each valid authorization, a registered user may purchase a PPP through that account no later than 30 days prior to the expiry of the authorization validity. If a purchase is not entirely completed within 15 minutes, the content of the request for purchase of PPP, CPP, DPPL and payment of DPP will be deleted and the user will have to login to his user account again to complete the purchase.
When activating the request for purchase of PPP, a registered user will be offered to purchase only the PPP to which he is entitled based on the Decision and the Ordinance.
When activating the request for purchase of CPP, a registered user will be offered to purchase only the CPP prescribed by the Ordinance.
When activating the request for purchase of DPP, a registered user will be offered to purchase only the DPP that exists in the IT system of Zagrebparking, and that was issued based on the Decision and the Ordinance.
Purchased PPP and CPP are valid for the period for which they were requested. Several PPPs/CPPs may be purchased for future periods, but only for a maximum period of 12 months in advance. The system does not allow a PPP/CPP to be purchased for a period falling before the period for which a PPP/CPP has already been purchased. Therefore, if a PPP/CPP has been purchased in advance for January and March of the same year, and the user subsequently wishes to buy a PPP/CPP for February of that year, such purchase may only be made at the sales office of Zagrebparking. A purchased DPPL is valid for 12 months, but not longer than the validity period of the accessibility sign.
If the system for online purchasing of parking permits does not allow purchasing of a PPP, CPP, DPPL or payment for a DPP, the user is referred to the sales office of Zagrebparking, where he will be able to make such a purchase/payment if he meets the prescribed conditions.
Procedure for purchase of PPP, CPP, DPPL and online payment of DPP is described in detail on the website www.zagrebparking.hr.
Online payment of PPP, CPP, DPPL and DPP is possible only with credit cards.
Personal information pertaining to the purchase is collected, processed and used in accordance with the provisions of the valid laws in the Republic of Croatia, solely for the purpose prescribed by these General Terms and Conditions. In case of making a purchase on the website www.zagrebparking.hr personal information is protected with secure connection (SSL Certificate).
Personal information will be used solely to exercise the right to purchase PPP, CPP, DPPL or pay for DPP, and shall not be used for any other purposes.
Invoice issued for a purchased PPP, CPP, DPPL and paid DPP is delivered to the registered user via e-mail and stored on his user account under “My purchases” tab.
Zagrebparking does not guarantee that all payment modules will be available at all times on the website www.zagrebparking.hr .
This service, provided by Zagrebparking as part of the purchase procedure on the www.zagrebparking.hr website does not include the costs that the website visitors incur for using computer equipment and services to access the website. Zagrebparking is not liable for any costs in electronic communication traffic, internet traffic or any other costs that may arise, nor is it liable for any damage that may occur due to loss of Internet connection during the use of the online purchase service.
In case of any mistake occurring during the purchase procedure, the customer may send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org so that the mistake can be eliminated as soon as possible.
Any potential disputes arising from these provisions will be settled by the court of subject-matter jurisdiction in Zagreb.
Zagrebparking reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions without prior notification, as well as to change the content on the website www.zagrebparking.hr . The users will be notified thereof in a timely and appropriate manner.
Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions become effective on the date of their announcement.
