ePK portal may be accessed by clicking on the ePK icon, which can be found on the website of Zagrebparking. www.zagrebparking.hr.

Enter the required information to create a user account on ePK portal.

When entering personal information, please pay attention whether it pertains to a natural or legal person.
When choosing a password, please make sure it contains at least 6 characters, with at least one letter and one number. Password must not contain username or be the same as the previous password.

You will receive a notification on the activation of your user account to the e-mail you entered at registration.

After receiving a confirmation of account activation, you can login to ePK portal by entering your e-mail and password.

Before purchasing a privileged parking permit, the following should be done:

  • Please enter the information based on which you are entitled to a privileged parking permit under the tab "My profile";

  • Under the tab "My authorizations" conduct the authorization based on which you are entitled to purchase a privileged parking permit for a specific registration plate number.

Under the tab My profile the existing user account can be reviewed and updated. In case of any changes in residence information, new authorization has to be done.

Authorization is used to verify the right to purchase a privileged parking permit for specific registration plates.

New authorization must be obtained in case of any changes of personal information or change of registration plates.

Vehicle registration plate number must be entered for new authorization.

Successful authorization enables the purchasing of PPP for the parking zone according to one's residence. In the drop-down menu, select the date from which you wish your PPP to be valid, as well as its validity period.

Before continuing with the purchase check all the information.. If everything is correct, click "Continue". If any information needs to be changed, click "Change information".

In the payment system (PayWay), fill in the payment information, check its accuracy and purchase the parking permit.

Confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, as well as an invoice for a purchased parking permit for the selected time period.

To purchase a commercial parking permit, you need to select an item, time period, date from which you wish your CPP to be valid, and enter the registration plate number for which you are purchasing a CPP.

Before continuing with the purchase, check your information. If everything is correct, click "Continue". If certain information needs to be changed, click "Change information"

In the payment system (PayWay), fill in the payment information, check its accuracy and purchase the parking permit.

Confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, as well as an invoice for a purchased parking permit for the selected time period.

System provides a payment option for a DPP issued according to the Decision and the Ordinance. The system does not allow purchasing of daily parking permits in advance or payment of DPPs for which an invoice has already been issued.

In order to pay for a daily parking permit, permit number must be entered.

Before continuing with the payment, check whether the entered permit number is correct. If everything is correct, click "Continue". If any changes should be made, click "Change information".

Fill in the payment information, check its accuracy and pay for the daily parking permit.

After paying for daily parking permit through the online payment system, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for the purchase of the parking permit.

Before purchasing a disability parking permit label, the following should be done:

Please enter the information based on which you are entitled to purchase the label, under the "New authorization" tab.

The following information must be entered:

  • Information about the disabled person

  • Information on the accessibility sign:

    • Decision number, in accordance with the instructions provided on the link "Where can I find the decision number?"

    • Date of issuance and validity of the decision

  • Data on the vehicle (registration plate number)

  • Data on the applicant:

    • Number and issuer of identity card (if the applicant is the disabled person to whom the label is issued)

If the applicant is not the disabled person, check the field "Change the applicant" in order to activate the additional input of information on the applicant.

After entering the information on the applicant, the following documents must be sent for authorization to be granted:

  • Copy of the valid decision based on which the accessibility sign was granted

  • Copy of the valid accessibility sign

Sending is done by selecting a scanned document (file in a supported format) on the button "Choose file".

By clicking on the "Authorization" button, the complete request with accompanying documents is sent for verification and approval, which is followed by the purchase of disability parking permit label.

Once the authorization request has been approved, the user can purchase the label by clicking the "Buy a permit" button.

In the payment system (PayWay), fill in the payment information, check its accuracy and purchase the label.

Confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, as well as an invoice for the purchased label for the selected time period.

You can review the history of your purchases via ePK portal. If you need to print an invoice, you may download it in PDF format for each purchase.

Under the tab My authorizations you can find authorized registration plate number pertaining to specific user account.
